By accessing or using AI GPA ("the Platform"), provided by TheMadHacker LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of a school, district, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use AI GPA. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

The Platform, including its curriculum, software, designs, logos, and content, is owned by TheMadHacker LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the content only as permitted by your plan and these Terms.
Content you create using the Platform (such as your code, projects, and notes) remains your property. By publishing work to community features, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and promote it.
Pricing is as listed on our pricing pages unless otherwise agreed in writing. Free tiers have no monetary cost but may include usage limits. Paid plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle.
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for paid plans, at our discretion. Renewals occur automatically for annual plans unless cancelled. See our Privacy Policy for data practices.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or sufficient for any particular purpose. Educational content is provided for learning purposes and does not constitute professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheMadHacker LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
